ok on Balmung they are also level 56, and yes its rank 1

Its cause on Balmung we all pitched in to fortify our Hamlet. We protect our home with our lives! Thevedis let me know in game if someone drops and you need someone, I'd like to try it. My DoH, DoL aren't high enough but my WHM and BLM are.

As a crafter, I bolstered defense and regen, and it did ABSOLUTELY nothing. What do those affect exactly? My party or what?

We got destroyed in a matter of seconds.

it affects the militia not your party, and keeping them alive actualy does quite a bit, they do a ton of damage

Won on second try, wasn't very difficult at all. I'm sure there's alot more to it then simply winning, mind you.

Gotten 12k points.....it doesn't seem to make any difference besides getting more of those raven things. Chests might have ye olde 1% drop rate to get something good.

Our third round pty was similar to the Vedis' setup, about half of us lived, though we still lost, the npcs seemed to be kinda useless, so I'm wondering if donating materia gear will improve thier fighting ability, or at least allow them to live longer than ten seconds.

The Militia dies even before I get the first synth out.

we tried to bolster our defense, we were about 1.5 mil points away from rank 2. out of 1 billion points id say not bad guys! we tried! :D
