The Gold Saucer could use a water park

That sounds like it could be loads of fun, love the idea.

Yes. Also water slides. And a portal to a certain beast tribe's playground.

Seriously though, as I understand it Blitzball never eventuated here was because SE simply could not come up with a viable concept to use for it that fitted FFXIV's interface/environment, lore and setting while still retaining the core gameplay elements of the FFX original, so it's kind of gone nowhere (I believe it's why got Doman Mahjong instead). Please feel free to dispute that though, as I lack citations on it.

And the quick travel points are next to auto controlled water flumes and you get on and slide to the quick travel point you chose and auto get off.

I would like to see more stuff to do in Gold Saucer that is just “there”.

Kinda like the candy-dreamland of the fairies with just stuff to climb on and mess around with. Basically let us have our own fun with it.

A waterpark with slides would be awesome, and it would be a nice chance for them to add some decent activities to the game. Maybe a Ferris wheel or roller coaster…?

something like a general climbing structures or water cannons. Just stuff to play around with.

I dunno, I see something like a waterpark + midway/carnival games.

I would like the lights to be from giant skylights, yes. At night from electric lights around the ceiling.
