I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing this kind of issue with flagging the quest you need. As AshToreth posted, can you see if that is the case after being promoted? If you resolved the issue after, or are still having a problem, please let us know so we can escalate the matter for further testing.

My friend has the quest and he's Private Third Class, I do not have the gc seals to do this but it also doesnt say it requires seargent unless its hidden somewhere... Is there anywhere its posted saying the quest requires a higher rank than any of the other primal fights? Cause i cant find them.
