i have a feeling certain areas are down, ive had no issues at all all morning

I think she has a right at any rate. She/he shouldn't have to go through the crap "in a computer game" as she stated, which is true. Crying over virtual items is just saddening and thus her frustration at having time/effort robbed from her. The worst part is, the way SE does things.. getting her items back WILL BE a hassle.. quite ridiculous really.

Yeah i just pasted my forum post on a GM call. I just hate contacting any sort of customer support on anything lol. its always a pain in the ass. Its the event items and kupo nuts im worried about they cant be recovered from in-game npcs. Yeah i am pissed, but calming down now lol. Just want to enjoy the patch like everyone else. thanks for replys.

Ah didnt know, i was being a sheep XD

Guess I will just have to play the waiting game now, this totaly ruins the patch for me. I do get pissed off at stuff like this because im not naive and I know EXACTLY the crap im gonna have to go through and hassle to get these items back with a possibility i wont ever get some of them back. Rarely phone customer support for anything in life unless it really is the last resort. When i think of support i get nightmare images of me holding a phone listening to crappy music for an hour or 2 before i get to talk to someone :P

Fortunately Af you just go back to the chests, annoying true, idk bout final one tho as its a quest lol.

As for rest, goodluck, if your server isnt working now, maybe you will log back in all fine?
