I'm not sure what exactly happened but I don't think we'll be able to get back in for a while. It's a shame, though, it hit me just when my friends and I cleared a12s and I think it didn't save our drops...
Edit: since I stayed in queue I managed to pop back fairly quick and, thankfully, we didn't lose our win and drops, so no harm done on our end. It was pretty weird, but likely a serverside issue
Queue is moving for me (slowly down) and I'm scared to logout for fear of loosing my spot :)
I wonder if FFXIV needs to ramp up their servers since everyone is leaving that other game.

I am also stuck trying to return home to Sargatanas from Cactuar! It disconnected me while transferring then just puts me in a queue that doesn't move.
Honestly, they may have to again. The last time I seen something of this caliber was back when HW was in Early Access as well as Stormblood. Shadowbringers went pretty smoothly.
It could very well be a server side issue since so many new players are joining the game though, could also have something to do with the PS5 integration, but unsure why that would 'cause this other than goes back to a possible server overload.
Finally showing my character again, 2716 player queue, lol. At least the Character Selection background music is nice to listen to.
Yeah I got home from dance, logged in, in que of 2700 plus. Logged out. Gonna try tomorrow. Have a good night everyone. I'm sure they will fix it by then.
