Is Bold Endeavor broken?

Yep I hope they fix this... Was the first thing I equipped and it doesn't~ A: Last for 3 turns.. OR.. B:Ensure great success. Super lame.

You know it's a wrong description when you compare it to other abilities.

The abilities potency is very predictable now, the higher the level that you get it, the more potent it is. And with Weaver having Culmination at L45 (ensure great success for ONE turn) you know that's about right for it's level, and hence Bold Endeavor couldn't be that powerful.

In essence, the most useful, the most potent version of abilities are all acquired at later levels (L36 and above) except for the "Brand of ... " abilities which are unique. Great success for any 3 synthesis actions is far too potent for even a L45 ability.

Not only does the effect seem weaker than some of the earlier abilities, I think the text is wrong too.

Based on the text, Bold Endeavor, a level 30 ability, is equivalent to two of the level 45 abilities based on the description.

Aside from little bugs here and there, I think the changes made crafting much better.

Same here. This is wrong. verrrrry wrong. Fix the buff devs... if the discription says 3, should give 3 steps. now im not one to come up with a problem with out a solution, so come up with some small print for the ability. this just wrong.

Edit: ofc this could just be the one step to Greater calling... Just fix the discription and send out apoligy for the misunderstanding.

Ive found another one that's broken, ill post it later since i cant remember the name off the top of my head.

Has anyone actually used Culmination to see if that MAYBE they got the descriptions of the two mixed up? Just a thought I'm throwing out there.

Also, the animation for Bold Endeavor matches the 1-time use abilities like Grandmastery and Culmination, not the 3-step abilities like Maker's Muse. The description is definitely wrong.

im lvl 37 lth crafting raptor leather to 300 quality and getting 2500+ xp with no food or inn bonus. Bold endeavor is broke though.

piece by piece 30% completion
by the book 30% completion
eye for detail -10 dura 50 quality
and a skill that reduces dura loss by 50% for 3 turns

I noticed this about Bold Endeavor, too. The description is definitely wrong. However, it's still a pretty good ability. You can combine it with three-step abilities.

If it was really a wrong description, I was given a false hope and had leveled up my Leatherwork for 30 for a wrong skill LOL!!!!
