FF Legacy: New Excalibur Linkshell

Hi All, I would like to join FF Legacy. I have Con, Thm, and Fisher at 29(soon to be 30).

Looking for an LS that can party at low levels. Friends as well. I've been trying to co-op through shouts for leve's I have 80 something allowance hehe.. but nothing. currently sitting on a level 26 con and a level 15 archer
