Actually they are account wide... assuming we're talking about Edge/Rydia/Rosa (OP was talking about Rydia so assume we are)

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. We advise to make sure there is space in the inventory and to check the inventory. In addition we advise to contact a GM in game as they can assist in retrieving the item.
