For the most part, Urthdigger is 100% correct (wait...then that wouldn't be 100%...er...anyway).
There are, however, things that our marketing team or the Community and Service teams handle on their own (though, we do check a lot of that content for consistency and terminology-related issues). Still, if you are unsure of where to post a bug, right here is fine. Most of the time, we'll be able to fix it ourselves, and on the rare cases we cannot, we know who to contact to get those fixes in ASAP.

I think Eemeefu is making reference to this sequence from the great 2004 American comedy Anchorman (specifically around 1:20 in that clip, but the relevant dialogue begins at the time I linked).
I love the localization team even more now! :D
