Since I've been selling Exarchic gear and I've had to compete with bots, probably every 30 minutes. Gives me time for a roulette or to talk to some people. I can move about 80 to 100 items in a day that way. It's very tedious work with 8 retainers.
But I haven't found anything to be nearly as profitable. I'll probably stop in a week or two when I have enough for 2 large houses.

Once a day.
I specifically avoid selling anything that's overstocked and liable to have steep competition.

I scan so infrequently. Depends on what I'm doing in game. If I'm crafting items to sell, I may check every time I finish a batch of stuff to put up for sale. If I'm playing the game otherwise, I may not check until I'm ready to log off for the day, or right when I log in in the morning.

Depends on how motivated I am. Some weeks I update every few days or so. Sometimes I get really motivated and would do so every 15 minutes.
-
I believe the listings remain active for 1 week if you don't have your retainers going on ventures. After 1 week of no activity you must interact with the retainers to have your items relisted.
-
If I'm selling stuff with a high margin I will check them more often. Like maybe every hour or so.
If it's just low margin stuff I check on them maybe once or twice a day.
-
I rely on the sales history of other people to set my prices (usually i set the highest price of the item last sold on the MB), i'm pretty patient (though it helps i have max retainers so space to sell isn't much of an issue)
-
Once a day. Every time I log in I check on the retainers. And may adjust price if there is something not sold from the day before.
Altough I do not sell much, nor overcharge. So usually everything gets sold and there is no need to ajust.
I have no interest on the Gazillonare title. And already have a house. So I see no need to spend an inordinate ammount of time getting richer.

I make most of my gil from selling Diadem mats. So, like once every two weeks. Diadem mats are so volatile in price, it's really not worth the hassle to try and meet current market. I've sold stacks of ragstone for 1.2k each (118,800 total) one week, and then the next they'll be like 150g each. I'll just leave the higher priced mats up because it's likely that the price will climb back up again.
Pretty sure I would go mental from going through and checking/change prices once per day.
