It's just like the 2.0 relic Nexus glow, bright enough to blind you. I still feel TEA weapons might be too glowy too, but then again they chose an anima step for it which was another oddity.

The eureka armor with the glow almost looks like they just white boxed the armor and then just threw glowing bits on it.
Considering the grind relics tend to have, I'd expect nothing less than an exploding mountain dew downpour of glow considering how much mountain dew one would drink to survive the 1-session grinding it took...
With some weapons the glows complement them nicely, but not all of them are like that unfortunately. I think the last time there was a good balance between weapon design and glow for every relic was the end stage Zodiac weapons in ARR.
