I remember when I started playing back in the later patches of HW (maybe 3.3), Idylshire took FOREVER to load in. Like it took sometimes a minute to get in there.
I remember when we had job diversity.
When summons had their own HP bar.
Or Eos could actually heal. lol
Remember when playing too much in FFXIV 1.0 meant fatigue system kicking into place where you'd start to accrue -10% to -100% experience points until the next day.
