Can we have NPC voice added into FF14?

I used to want FF14 fully voiced, til I took an arrow to the knee.

I don't want every npc voiced. Now, I do wish that more bosses, in all pieces of content, had more voices (also Dungeons with stuff). But every npc feels... Unnecessary.

Before we get npc voices I'd rather we get a tone slider like all modern games have, or more voices for our PC (player character).
