Make Blizzard II A Longer Range Spell

B2 is great for when you're running solo unsynced and can't be bothered to keep targeting stuff that immediately dies.

The more annoying part is not the melee range - in these low level dungeons the enemys don't spam that many AoE's - but that Blizzard 2 does not upgrade into Freeze. I thought this problem was fixed a few years ago, but somehow they forgot about these upgrades when they changed Freeze into a valuable skill with ShB release and now we have to place an outdated skill on our hotbar for the occassional low level dungeon in leveling roulette.

Changing Blizzard 2 into a long range skill would be a nice quality of life upgrade nonetheless.

I was mainly thinking about dodging AoEs.

To be fair to you, if you are sync'd and need to use B2, then your healers wont have there aoes at the time :P
