I honestly kinda dig Rogadyn's DRG stance. But I assume it was done for technical/modeling reasons rather than artistic reasons, since it's literally JUST male Roegadyns (at least until Hrothgar, which has a similar build, came out apparently). Roes are pretty bulky, maybe the standard DRG stance causes a lot of clipping.
I feel they could easily go with something as simple as the idle stance for Kain in the Dissidia games, same for his running animation (don't have an image/gif for the latter), they would work pretty well for any race:
