Back in my day...

I remember when I'd put in my password and login. The game would say "Square-Enix", and wouldn't load past the black screen.

I love how all the answers in this thread are complaints, and somehow people seem to be proud of it xDD

It's exactly like that grumbly old grandpa who rages at you all the time for enjoying a sunny day because "I had to work in the coal mines when I was your age! And we had nothing to eat! And everything was bad! But for some reason I keep mentioning it as if I think that's how youth is supposed to be!"

That being said..I'd probably also talk about how I fought against server lag and crappy systems instead of the Garlean Empire x)
