What/Who will be the 6.0 expansion final boss? And what about the raid bosses?

I'm honestly sad Garlemald is most likely going to be a destroyed zone. I wanted a FFVI styled magitek city so bad. All the shots we've seen of it in the story quests make me want to visit so badly.

I think they might go with Hydaelyn as the end boss. Or fighting them both at the same time.

Not that I'm complaining. I loved FF X, and Anima was one of my favorite bosses/summons in the entire series. But still, not entirely original. And that is based on everything we currently know. We still have a lot to learn about this new expansion. I didn't get into FF 4 much, but I see a lot of people talking about the similarities there as well.

I'd expect the final boss to be Hydaelyn and Zodiark both, at the same time.
It's been clear from the start that both are problematic.

FF4's Elemental Fiends I expect for the post 6.0 trials, *after* everything is cleaned up.

Magus Sisters somewhere along the way as pretty much the last unused FF4 boss battle.

Lahabrea on the raid artwork means that *he* gets to be the Golbez reference. Meaning: mind controlled, and (at least metaphorically) the main character's brother.

If we're really lucky, there will be a Shocking Twist - we'll go to Garlemald at level 83, and Zenos will die at the end of the 2nd dungeon. And never be mentioned again. Fandaniel for the level 88 trial.

Probably something unexpected, like Fandaniel doing a last minute summon or transformation.

Original story refers to normal and alliance raids. Anima would likely be a trial/dungeon.

we know that zenos, fandaniel, and anima are involved in what we're gonna deal with in 6.0, radz-at-han lore has plenty of references to an Asura (possible primal/trial?) and given the fairly heavy FF4 references we might expect some reference scenarios to it as well. the pandemonium raid will in some way involve lahabrea, and may pertain to wrapping up whatever few ascians stil remain aside from phanny dantom.

all of it's speculation at the moment since they're going for original content rather than crossovers this time, and apparently doubling down on wrapping up the various zodiark/hyadaelyn and -adjacent plot threads before 6.1 start's adding new stuff.

Lv83 - Lunar Bahmut; Lv87 - Fandaniel; Lv90 - Zenodiark.

8-man raid series I'm still thinking about, the only thing we have to go by is Lahabrea so it could be anything in his twisted head

The 24-man series I'm thinking will be Silvertear Falls

I feel like the "lunar" primals are most likely going to serve as either solo duties or dungeon bosses if anything.

I'm expecting Lunar Bahamut to be the "final boss" of ShB we fight in patch 5.55 as a solo duty after the actual dungeon in 5.5, though considering that it's not actually a primal having the Scions and Estinien help us destroy the thing might be viable.
