There's really no need for this, they know that Paladin is an issue and we already got a hotfix pretty much specifically for Paladin. It didn't help tons but they're working on it. Chill out until 1.22 at least, see what happens then.

The problem isn't so much that PLD is a bad tank, it's more of a case of WAR being an absolute murder machine. A PLD can tank and... tank. A WAR can tank, DD, or crowd control (Steel Cyclone then run like a little girl), and heal himself while on the run, either through damage or through Second Wind. WHMs had the same problem in XI when people realized that a RDM can essentially do everything a WHM can, plus more. The result? Nobody really bothered bringing WHMs outside of the Benediction and relatively low enmity Cure V.
Honestly let's wait and see how this new shield dmg mitigation in 1.22 is before more craziness =P
