Help me guess 6.0 derplander job!

Blue Mage. He's gonna self destruct.

NPC, we are going to finally meet him in game. And he's going to sell overpriced glamour.

My guess a mage. If he’s a healer, either Scholar or a new one. Considering the new angle shown in the latest patch is how we’ve discovered a method to heal tempering, (and tonberry sickness!) having derplander focus on being a combat medic seems reasonable.

Conversely, Summoner, for much the same reason of the focus being on tempering.

Either Red Mage or Gunbreaker. Or a new job.

I don't think they really want to delve into casters overall, except Red Mage (because of it's melee part). Healers even less.

I wouldn't put money on Gunbreaker myself. It got a pretty decent showcase in the Shadowbringers trailer. Not that I would complain though if it were to happen. I love me some gunblades.

This might sound cynical but it seems every job Derplander Touches turns to crap. MNK in SB, DRK in SHB, idk if this was the case for DRG back in the day.

Theirs NIN, and derplander seems to dislike magic jobs as he’s never seen with any RDM, SMN, BLM Ranged aswell MCH and BRD. ARC yes but no BRD

DRG was okay afterwards for a while, but it required some pretty precise timing and positionals. Still does now but it's definitely more forgiving.

Alphinaud and Alisae seem to be almost hinted at changing Jobs. The achievement for this last patch wasn’t “Futures Rewriten”, but rather “Pen and Sword.” As they seem to admire things about each other, what if they kinda invert their jobs- Alphinaud a Blue Mage, and Alisae a Summoner?

I expect it'll be Paladin, simply because it's an iconic WoL style that as of yet hasn't been a poster job.
But I'd like to throw in Machinist and Red Mage for contenders too.
