I do, sort of. Im on PS4, I watch youtube and stuff on my phone. Usually have tea or water, sometimes I'll cook.

On the rare occasions I do MSQ, I just grab my Switch and play something else.
I just had a baby, so I've been doing cardio. Jog in place while playing and do other reps during cut scenes. I play with a controller which helps.

I enjoy snacking on some of those Quaker mini rice cake thingamabobbers. They have all kinds of flavors but I chomp down on the caramel or apple cinnamon like there is no tomorrow.
I also usually have pepitas on hand. Get the non-salted kind if wanting to avoid sodium.

I'm a huge fan of plain tortilla chips and beef jerky. Pemmican or Old Trapper if you can get it.
Dual monitors are a blessing. Carrots and hummus is a healthy snack, too. Coffee or tea.
