Skills glamour would be nice, and unique compared to other MMOs. All jobs (except new ones) have plenty of removed actions, it allows for very high level of customization.

TRUST is a feature, but if we're comparing to HW's flying and SB's swimming/diving, then the ShB's equivalent should be world visit.

Healer revamp

If we're talking something completely new, then prolly some king of engineering work. Something like the ability to build and customize mechs and constructs.

Another option would be archeology where we find ancient artifacts out in the overworld, getsome lore on ancient civilizations, or an airship system that doubles as a house rather being gated by a house (and FCs) and could be used to raid other airships and get some similar loot.

I feel like GC is gonna have a big shake up. I know Yoshida had express interest into doing more with it than just adding more glam. With the renewed war against the empire, that sort of update would coincide well.

I hope they remove swimming.

The ability to sort items in your inventory by date received, and a shopping cart feature to the market board.
They'll also do the best that they can to appease us by adding in a single facial hair option to one of the races' males, but it'll be a limited time option and will require a fantasia potion due to server limitations.

If so then i won't hold my breath for 6.0 :D. Can't think anything worse than TRUSTS. Well i lied, there is FATEs and Levequests
