Error 2002: The lobby server connection has encountered an error.

Also having disconnect errors all morning. Now I can't even connect to select data canter with 2002 lobby server. Also on Primal (if I could get there)

Same here. Having issues and not being able to login past the char selection screen. Starts loading but then, 2002.
Mostly can't pass the login screen, since it won't even load the PLAY button.
(I'm on PS4 - Primal/Excalibur, btw)

Getting it as well. Im in Canada but my main is on moogle. I can access alts on both aether server and Crystal no issue but if I try to get to my main on the chaos server error 2002 comes a knocing :(

same issue here, tried disabling firewall and resetting router. problem is present on both PC and PS4. Aether data center.

I'm getting the same error. I'm able to connect to EU and Asia data centers, just not any in NA.

I have the same issue as well. After login and click "Start" button, then got error code 2002. After the application shut down completely.

I'm on Crystal server and receiving the 2002 error. Was working fine last night but, once I logged on this morning been getting the 2002 error non stop. I have tried to connect to all the data centers. I'm not able to connect to Aether, Primal, or Crystal. I am able to connect to Chaos, Light, Elemental, Gaia, and Mana.

I'm on Crystal. Everything worked fine just 2h ago and now I'm getting the same error.

same error from Italy. I Disabled all Firewall windows and Router firewall, I can't connect.
I tried to connect the computer with a mobile phone (other provider) and I can connect. I cannot connect with the fiber connection
