Game Crashes Once I click on NPC Punctilious Temple Knight

I disabled my Directx 11 and it loaded up. It appears that is the problem so far

I may have been able to enter The Fringes, but I tried to do the Machinist Job quest and it just continously had the spinning circle on the bottom right corner and nothing happen for about 5 minutes.

We would like to recommend deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Did Not Work. I went to the Machinist job quest with the cutscene and again game crashed......
