For viera I'd say a male viera and for hrothgar a female hrothgar, cause primals is the closest we'll see of them.

(assuming they summoned primals like beast tribes do) It's hard to say because we don't really get a good look at Hroth culture to know what they might summon that would reflect what's important to their culture.

As for Viera, I could see them summoning "the ronkans" back. Maybe in the form of Whyt.

The Viis I can see doing (albeit highly unlikely considering that primals would be unknown in the First), that, the Source Viera, not so much.
