Wow I never thought to try this. Gonna have to look for some Upper Tailor's Ward stalls now...

Put it in one of the other wards and take the 10% penalty or whatever it is.

It's not perfect since you have to keep renewing the stand lease to keep your spot, but it also means that there's very likely to be open spots available.

It's not a perfect system but it's a good work-around there are about a hundredish stalls and the sheer "Lazy" factor gets alot of people who run into wards see "Wards full" and instead of thinking just run away and come back another day.
