Sent ticket about account being compromised

Well if you had the one time code active you get unlimit account resets.

Nope and still waiting btw

Monday will be 3 weeks. still no response....... about to issue a chargeback for sub, retainers, new mount and app. this is freaking ridiculous

Say goodbye to your account for good then.

Do not chargeback your account. This is a surefire way to get a permanent ban on your account with little chance of recovery.

Be patient. They answer tickets in the order they get them, they will not cherry pick yours out when there may be hundreds of thousands of requests before yours. Politely request free game time in your ticket since you were unable to play during the wait for your account.

Source : Worked (currently working) in billing for game companies. Chargeback = perma ban until you repay what you charged back.

Edit : Reread and you're just missing gil and have access to your account. You won't get free game time for your wait, and they will probably roll back your account to the date it was compromised. Hope you didn't do anything since then.

The total time it took for me when my account was compromised was about 2 months. That's from me sending the ticket in, to them restoring my account and that was during the holidays.

They will not rollback your account btw, unless you have a ton of things missing. I only had gill missing and all the did was restore the gil.
