Mine just hang out in a break room ans swing by a market board on their way back. All I seem to get is junk.
I keep getting a high-quality Dodore Wing and a bag of 5 or 6 thousand gil.
I don't ask.
My retainers are absolutely insistent on glamour sets. If one comes back with a ruby tide weapon, they'll all bring me back several more after. Right now they're big fans of augmented hailstorm gear. I like to think they hold meetings after I issue tokens and discuss which glamour is in.
