Impossible to create a new character on Famfrit?

I've seen it open a lot when I get up usually around 5-6am est. Try then maybe if possible. Go to bed early so you can get up early ya know

Someone new to the game isn't going to understand why they can't make a character on the same world as their friends, especially when that world is marked Preferred and supposedly recommended for new characters.

RMT Bots are hitting the preferred worlds hard to create characters then use world visit to set them up elsewhere for botting activity. I've been seeing a lot of Wanderer bots lately while leveling an alt. All that bot character creation is making things hard for legitimate players.
