We apologize in our delay in our response to your concern . Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. Additionally, did disabling Cortana and text input work?

I am so sorry to hear this happened on you, I am a new player who started recently and got really addicted to the game, I basically played 16 hours on average per day.
And during the start of this month, I too, have started crashing to the point it was impossible to play as I crash upon loading. Seeing as how you played this game for so long (sorry I did a little check on your profile), and you must really love this game.
I am sorry that I have no 'solution' or 'advice' to give you as I have tried over 20+ methods and none of them helped. I have been feeling the withdrawals of not playing this game, I dont know what else I could do to even get it working anymore and I love the game so much that I dont want to give up but there isn't really much I can do anymore, so I have nothing, just deep deep emptiness, ranting all over and still hoping to see if anyone have an actual fix or SE finally acknowledges the issue and fix it...
In the meantime, please do let me know how your case end...
