I sure hope they don't cancel. I already did my vacation bidding, and trying to get anymore days at this point is a no go, union seniority. :(
You're asking if an event 8 months away is going to be cancelled? Really?
People these days.
Personally, I don't think so. There is a good probability this virus will burn off during the summer months like the flu does. I work in the trade show industry and most of my shows are being postponed until the fall. I think by November we'll be fine.
I wondered the same, but I think at worst they'll delay the ticket sales til closer and then make a choice depending on the pandemic is panning out. It's also going to come down to airlines and if the venue itself doesn't reach out to SE to cancel it. Finding one big enough (if they sell tickets prior) might cause them to cancel the physical aspect, anyway.
For people saying it’s several months away, don’t tickets usually go on sale in the summer? I can see how this is a problem in that case. I hear those tickets are pretty expensive and with people worrying about the virus and buying a bunch of supplies in case of self-quarantine, they probably wouldn’t have the money to even afford the tickets.
And I get it. If it’s outright cancelled, they can just issue a refund, but I still think it’s a little unfair to sell tickets during a time like this. People who simply spent money on can-foods and whatnot would miss out on the Fanfest if it turns out not to be cancelled.
Idk I just think they should say something at the very least regarding the schedule for tickets and the event, instead of radio silence.
Fanfest won't be cancled. Its 8 month away. In like 2 Month nobody speaks about Corvit anymore
Might be depends how long takes to stop the out break. I know in Washington state all schools is closed for at least 6 weeks now from it.
If any game is set up to not have a floor show its 14. Would be way less work for them as well just to stream a show from the offices in Japan.
