Is your linkshell still inviting random people to Ifrit fights, only to kick them out right when they get there? Or was that just an act of pre-transfer asshattery?

That Mistress parse is with SV BRD and a WAR, but it's possible to achieve 120 DPS without the BRD. Not as many buffs as you think actually go into incredibly high dps. Just mostly a correct rotation, good gear, and a STR pot is all you need (most of the time).
