Some of my own casual glams that are fairly unisex or easily converted:

My recent daily glamour. Looks quite modern, I guess?
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...2587a1fcb3.jpg
I have a "casual" glamour that feels pretty modern.

Cashmere Poncho, Tantalus Breeches, and Scion Adventurers shoes.
Whats the casual and modern thing about ponchos?, i mean... maybe for hippies.
That's why I stated race/gender plays a role, since the outfits look "different" depending on what you are. On lalafells the poncho feels like a stylized shirt, but on other races it feels like, well a poncho. Mostly because its stretched in certain areas, like the shoulders.
I noticed your image changed since the other day, so you must have linked to your profile picture. That's a dynamic picture that gets updated and re-uploaded to the same URL with your current equipment, so you can't use it to show a permanent image of a particular outfit.
You'll need to save the image then upload it to an image-storage site and use that new URL in your post.
We all get some storage space included in our game profile here:

Well, it took me longer than intended to get around to it, but casual outfits part 2... mostly featuring U'zolwe because modern casual is exactly what I've been trying to do for his outfits, while most of my other characters tend towards the more fantasy-themed costumes.
It should be noted that none of these are "beginner outfits" - some can be equipped at Lv1 but might have expensive pieces, or things you can only access later in the game. Some are more accessible than others of course, and there's always something to look forward to later.
Also, a lot of these may need "Emperor's New _____" jewellery items (ie. invisible items to make it look like you have nothing equipped) to cover up necklaces, bracelets and rings (and earrings if you don't want them visible). You can buy these off the marketboard, but if they're expensive on your server, you'll want to do the Lv15 crafter quest that unlocks glamour prism recipes as this also unlocks the shop that sells the Emperor gear directly.
---
Casual monk gear, though the shirt is particularly expensive unless you earn it yourself with crafting credits, but that's not available until after clearing Heavensward and some of the following patches.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...001431e26b.jpg
- Craftsman's Singlet (Halatali Yellow)
- Punching Gloves
- Survival Halfslops (Ul Brown) ...or was it Extreme Survival? Whichever version is dyeable.
- Dinosaur Leather Shoes
---
The full version of the gunbreaker outfit I showed earlier - quite accessible as long as you've unlocked gunbreaker itself, which isn't available until Lv60.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...c2464540fe.jpg
- Archaeoskin Jackcoat of Crafting (dyed blue - I will have to check which shade)
- Sky Rat Hook of Fending
- Outsider's Chaps [GNB starting gear]
- Sky Rat Hookboots of Fending
Can be adapted for other classes with the counterpart-or-replica gloves/boots and Anemos chaps (or Gaganaskin chaps for Aiming - would make a good MCH outfit).
---
Another outfit with the same coat - the gloves and boots make this Striking-specific (I think it would make a pretty cool samurai outfit, but I don't currently want to level that to Lv60 just for this) but it could be adapted for other classes. Healers get a Lv50 version of those boots from PVP that stay black with dyeable highlights on the backs.
I'm undecided whether it works better with grey pants / black boots or the other way around.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...96bac56a2d.jpg
- Archaeoskin Jackcoat of Crafting (Wine Red)
- Griffin Leather Bracers of Striking (Soot Black)
- Leonhart Bottoms (Charcoal Grey)
- Wyvernskin Boots of Striking (Soot Black)
---
Another version of the Wind Silk Coatee healer outfit I showed in my previous post - this one gets more red into it, and I wanted to point out the Spring Shoes. You get them from the "Fashion Report" booth at the Gold Saucer, but you need to reach a hidden total score over time before they become available. You don't need to buy the specific items to get the high score - just turning up in whatever you're wearing will get you something like 75/100 points - but you do want to keep doing it each week.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...667c68c98b.jpg
- Wind Silk Coatee
- Punching Gloves
- Cropped Cashmere Slops (Dalamud Red)
- Spring Shoes
---
Lv50 healer outfit:
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...2e2781c142.jpg
- Summer Indigo Shirt (Dalamud Red)
- Punching Gloves
- Replica High Allagan Pantaloons of Healing
- Boulevardier's Shoes (Dalamud Red)
I was planning to use the Boulevardier shirt but it didn't work as well as I hoped, and this looks really good. A pity the necklace isn't gold.
Additionally I am saving up to get this very cool looking WHM staff, which unfortunately is locked behind The Hunt and costs 1700+ allied seals:
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...d71f34cb20.jpg
Also wearing the Holy Rainbow Hat which is Lv53 gear, so waiting to get there and see if it looks good or not.
The gloves here are Lv60 Serpentskin Gloves + Camphorwood Armillae because I was trying to not use the punching gloves again, but actually I think those look better.
---
This outfit is fairly cheap (veteran-reward boots aside) and can be used for any class at Lv1, but I designed it with black mage in mind, to match the bone-themed staffs they have at low levels. I wanted something that still has a long coat because I love how it flutters when you're casting spells.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...42a59f7a03.jpg
- Uraeus Coat (Gobbiebag Brown)
- Emperor's New Gloves (ie. invisible)
- Expeditioner's Kecks (Dark Brown)
- Leonhart Boots
BLM's battle pose makes me feel like it needs a ring on the left hand - ideally gold with a red gem to match the necklace, though you don't get nice-looking ones until later. I'm using the Meteor Survivor Ring for now.
---
And a variation when I tried on the Lv52 shirt:
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...3e389f6f4a.jpg
- Holy Rainbow Shirt of Casting (Gloom Purple) - possibly better left undyed on a paler-skinned character, as the default vest is still purple but the shirt is black
- Expeditioner's Kecks (Dark Purple)
- Leonhart Boots
- Giantsgall Staff - the Replica Allagan Rod also looks good
---
This is mostly PVP gear and was meant to be for archer/bard, but picking up dancer was the quickest way to try it on since the gloves are Lv60... and how cool do the dyeable chakrams look?
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...1ba0206151.jpg
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...5da8505440.jpg
- Warwolf Jerkin of Aiming (Sunset Orange) - annoyingly the turquoise strap and some other parts on the back are undyeable
- Armguards of the Last Unicorn (Jet Black*)
- Nue Tsutsu-hakama (Pure White*)
- Replica Sky Rat Hookboots of Maiming
- Nue Chakrams (Sunset Orange)
* I used the stupidly-expensive dyes for an exact colour match, but the cheaper Soot Black and Snow White dyes look fine.
Non-replica Sky Rat aiming boots are a cheaper option and also have orange highlights, though I didn't like them quite as much. The Sky Rat pants are also a decent alternative to the Nue ones.
---
Another DNC outfit (and some character variety) - this is all marketboard gear, though the sandals are race-specific.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...0a8d987145.jpg
- Dhalmelskin Vest of Aiming
- High Allagan Gloves of Aiming
- Softstepper's Sarouel [DNC starter gear]
- Auri Sandals (Hunter Green)
Can be adapted for all Aiming/Striking/Scouting with the corresponding vest and Thavnairian Sarouel. No exact match for the gloves though.
---
Lv70 Bard gear. The jacket is from the last dungeon before you reach Shadowbringers. Also the gloves aren't currently available, possibly forever, due to licensing issues - I tried to find something else but couldn't decide, so figure it's better to include them for anyone reading this who does already own them.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...a4f30b72b1.jpg
- Alliance Jacket of Aiming (Woad Blue)
- Makai Marksman's Gloves (Ink Blue)
- Storyteller's Bottoms [relic gear]
- Sky Pirate's Boots of Aiming (Ink Blue)
---
The male versions of the YoRHa raid gear (the Type-51 sets, not the 2B dress) include some nice leather jackets.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...8d2c3f0647.jpg
- YoRHa Type-51 Jacket of Striking
- Falconer's Pants
- Rebel Boots (well outside my budget!)
---
A stylish AST outfit that makes use of the relic gear sleeves - I love how well they match the pin on the Boulevardier waistcoat. The boots need to be earned either from crafting collectibles or from the Moogle tribe, needing a Lv50+ crafter class either way, but are wearable by all classes.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...cb0e7c621e.jpg
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...4a5ad6be3f.jpg
- Boulevardier's Shirt (Jet Black)
- Antiquated Constellation Sleeves
- Boulevardier's Ruffled Pantaloons (Jet Black)
- Adept's Boots
Could possibly be combined with the High Allagan pants and Boulevardier shoes (as shown further up), maybe with the shirt and sleeves dyed red - though I didn't like that combination on Sylviel when I tried it, and I don't have any other male characters high enough to test it out. It might work for someone else.
---
Another option for mages - not exactly casual but not ornate either - is the PVP Late Allagan coats.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...3f76dffdd5.jpg
- Replica Sky Pirate's Cap of Casting (Loam Brown)
- Late Allagan Coat of Healing (Bark Brown)
- Miqo'te Gauntlets (Bark Brown)
- Augmented Scholar's Culottes (Gobbiebag Brown) - though you can use anything you want, really
- Anemos Expeditionary Boots
- Deus Ex Gratia grimoire
The casting coat looks the same, though with different default colours.
This post had a few other hats that can pair with it.
---
I wouldn't use ponchos for a normal outfit, but they're good for winter gear. I like to have my characters dressed sensibly once they head up into Coerthas.
This one works for all classes, but only for Immortal Flames GC to get boots that match the grey colour scheme, as the leather part is undyeable. You could substitute other colours of boots with the more expensive dyeable version of the poncho.
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...e84304f386.jpg
- Replica Sky Pirate's Cap of Healing
- Ramie Poncho
- Flame Sergeant's Mitts
- Expeditioner's Kecks (Soot Black)
- Flame Private's Boots
This one works for all light DPS (Aiming/Striking/Scouting), Lv54:
https://img2.finalfantasyxiv.com/acc...26cbaab6f5.jpg
- Cashmere Poncho (Opo-opo Brown)
- Dhalmelskin Armguards of X (Opo-opo Brown)
- [any pants]
- Dhalmelskin Leggings of X (Loam Brown)
It would probably look good with goggles added - Replica Sky Pirate's Mask of Scouting possibly, or something cheaper.
I realize my character is not male but the default class armor of Gunbreaker is pretty modern and casual. Just sign up as a Gunbreaker and you get the outfit, just add sunglasses.

This isn't casual but I dressed up my MCH to look like French Foreign Legion, which is sorta modern.
