"Boomer" was something that came out as retaliation of the trend of blaming millennial for everything over really dumb and stupid reasoning (which is still an ongoing trend). The word now is used in certain contexts to describe somebody of that generation who fit certain stereotypes. I have yet to see it belittle somebody /because/ they're a baby boomer, just, when a baby boomer is fulfilling the stereotype associated with it.

But knowing how the human race can be, it'd not surprise me if somebody has.

And you'd be surprised by what comes out of older people's mouths. It's not just young people who can make fun of or be disrespectful of others.

Kids are always cringy, no matter the generation. But when you become an adult, its generally not the millennials who are the real bad ones. But that doesn't mean there are not exceptions, just as there are to boomers. But if you look at the big picture.

I'm 30 :p. If that makes me a boomer then most of the population in this game is.

And I never said I didn't know what a boomer was, I don't know the meme use. Cuz I don't really keep up with social media memes. I just play games.

I mean with the boomer vs millennial thing, my years in handling customer service and dealing with complaints with 1000's of people across the country I can safely say. Millennials and boomers aren't anything special. You're all a mix of terrible and not-so-terrible people.

I get why people retaliated with the 'boomer' thing, because it's everywhere, "millennials did this, millennials are bad for that". So a part of me says "cool, they're getting a taste of their own medicine, shoe's on the other foot now" but at the same time, I can also see it contributing to that division instead of solving it.

That makes you a millennial. It's pretty much mid 80's onwards and ends just before the turn of the millennium and then it's Gen Z.

I personally like good clever dirty names myself. It can be funny if done right. I think reporting people for their names is lame, though. People are just too damn sensitive.

People who report other people for giving their fictional characters offensive names are within their rights to do so.

People like me who say that these guys are too easily offended and should find better and more productive things to do with their lives are also within their rights to do so.

If I knew who these complainers were in-game, I would blacklist as many as I could.
