People started derailing threads with otter pictures which lead to penalties and threads getting cleaned up or deleted. Some people thought the penalties were unfair and a few continue to poke fun at the mods for it.

To answer the original question: I see the otter lamp is for sale from Tiato on ebay.

They need to make an otter job, so otters become more forum-relevant.
