Honestly compared to a lot of other MMOs, premium character recustomisation is so much cheaper, only race that should be allowed to do this is Hrothgar.

I would love to be able to change eye color and skin tone with the Aesthetician. Please, pretty please!
Fantasia should just be for race/gender change and everything else at the Aesthetician.
