Instances Sharing Progress will fix Ishgard Restoration Crossworld Congestion.

And the Wanderers had every right to be there as much as home world players. They were helping to craft and gather as well, as proved by the heightened speed of completion.

And yes, while there were those wanderers who were incapable of contributing, the same applies to the homeworlders who lacked the ability to craft.

All men and women are equal, and undeserving of this prejudice.

If those "helpful wanderers" fully committed themselves to a single visited world and only did FATEs in that world? Sure. They're still one person taking one turn regardless of where they do it.

If they do the FATEs both there and on their home world, no. They are taking multiple turns and preventing someone else from joining in.

Blocking world visits does not mean that no wanderers were genuinely helping.

Blocking visits is not designed to prevent congestion of any sort, only a specific sort.

It simply ensures that people cannot take multiple turns, where each turn takes away someone else's ability to participate at all.

Whether we have one instance, whether we have multiple (that might still all fill), each person can participate in one world's FATEs, not multiple.

And if you're concerned about letting as many people participate as possible, you should be seeing that as a good thing.

Everyone had the ability to world visit to assist others as well as take part in the event. I'm not speaking solely of the past system with its limitations / imperfections and only focusing on the negative aspects it had. I'm focusing on an ideal solution and the possibility of a better future for the event. Congestion will still be an issue with the current system.

You're blind to all reason if you disagree that blocking world visits was put in place to halt congestion. It was never truly about the prejudice and hate people were speaking of "greed" when visiting worlds, seeing as all non crafters from each world, even those that complained in regards to it on their homeworld, did so. That too is only focusing on the negative, not looking for a way to improve it to a positive outcome.

I ask that we simply leave it at an agreement to disagree- as we will never see eye to eye on this matter.

And I would say you're trying to make this all about "prejudice" when it is a simple matter of maximising participation in the current system, where preventing world visits is the surest way to prevent certain people from doing the event multiple times to the detriment of others. Congestion is inevitable, but what changes is who is causing that congestion - and the world-restricted version is fairer.

But as you say, we are clearly not going to agree on this.

Prejudice went both ways sadly, some of each side felt the other at fault. But as the saying goes, you don't judge the tree rotten for one or two bad apples, or the sins of the father being the sins of the son.

I absolutely don't want that to be the focus, or for it to happen at all, but when you brought up greed, that was a direct tie-in.

I just don't want to be judged guilty for another's crime whilst offering a solution, ye know? Even if we don't agree on the solution, I hope that we can agree on this.

Nope. All the wanderers I saw were just hopping from world to world, waiting for the FATEs. I saw them standing around doing nothing while waiting for the one on my world. It's greed and nothing more.

Only thing I think they need to change for it. Is have a npc for turning in items outside it and turn the fate into quests like Doman Enclave had at each stage. Then ones wouldn't miss out on it and showing the progress to it.
