Ishgard housing sale idea

I'm very willing to rebuild Ishgard for those who want housing. It's just a decent thing to do, even though I don't plan on moving there myself. Plus, there are other rewards.

Yup, is a noble cause <3 Lets all work hard together so that 4-man placeholder FC will grab all the mediums and larges again and RMT them after restoration ends :3
