The Garo gear added in patch 3.5 can now also be obtained via the Calamity salvager NPC.
Players must first obtain the corresponding achievement before they will be able to reobtain any gear.
For example, players wishing to reobtain the Face of the Golden Wolf must first gain the Echoes of the Golden Wolf achievement. -

Honestly for a limited time event they should have made all of these things much easier to obtain/reobtain. For the amount of effort that we put to get everything from Mako it should have been a permanent event like the Monster Hunter event.
But...who knows at this point everyone should try to get the Monster Hunter stuff asap because they might remove it in the future like they did the Mako. -
