DoL still have the reworked Diadem coming up, which will also tie into the Restoration of Ishgard.
I do agree that it could've been mentioned in the patch notes, though. That said, since the crafting part seems to be lvl 20+, it should be easy to jump in and try out the DoH part.

Doing so will add an Ishgard restoration tab to your gathering log. Lots of stuff to gather. I see nothing for FSH though. -
