I don't understand this one... read the JP one also but still don't get it...
Did you notice the note in red saying there is still an issue with it? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but it looks to me like they are just fixing the issue where the countdown stays at 0 for too long rather than the game breaking bug where the timers are too short.

For someone who plays the JP client I thought you would get it lol.
Like using <t> on Ifrit or the Moogles on the JP or whatever client will bring it in the auto translate name of it on the chat log. Since the NPC names are region based and not globally English like in XI, it will help lower the language barrier for these fights.
