But why, though?

You say it would be wonderful but do not provide examples as to why. Why would it be wonderful? What would these players, with their extra disposable income, be paying for? Why would they want to pay a premium fee to play on these special servers? How does creating a gated online community help increase sales or improve the profitability, if there are no benefits?
The game already offers additional features such as extra retainers, name changes, appearance changes, and optional items from the Mogstation for those with disposable income to spend on. You can always create your own exclusive fellowship, FC, or a LS to have your own gated community without even having to pay extra.
If you have not thought it through, then it is merely a whim and not a serious request by any means. Either that or you only want to see the reactions of those who would be excluded.
You just got Gula'd so you might as well come clean with it.

Today on "Why We Should Eat the Rich"...
I believe Yoshi P has made statements in the past leading to the inference that he does not wish to divide the player base, which this would do. It was why we got an RP tag, but not RP servers. I cannot imagine he would ever support the idea of elitism servers. After all, his team is one of the few in video game land that are managing to make promises they actually endeavor to keep. *waves at Bethesda as it burns away all of its goodwill*
Sure. But they should name the server Eulmore instead.
Found that one person who worships the ground that 76 pukes upon
That sounds awesome. Quarantine all the whales in Eulmore and disable world visit to and from there.
