How about the three staples, Quadavs, Orcs and Yagudo? I liked how each nation's early areas had it's own set of opposing beastmen.

ACTUALLY! there is a yag type npc in one of the quests!!!! it was recently discovered by my friend Itquah idk if he took a screenshot though :/

I may be wrong but each city-state already has its own set of Beastmen tribe. The ones near Gridania even resemble Yags in a disturbing way. Can't say I dislike the lore of XIV so far! ^-^
