Still crashing even with an unclocked GPU that's only hitting 70 degrees.
I've underclocked my ram (3000 speed ram, set down to 2300), and underclocked my GPU to target a temp of 70-degrees. With that setup, I haven't seen a crash in some hours.
I'm not sure if I'm in the clear, and if so which of these did it. Will keep watching. Should not need either of them...
- Up to most of the day with no crash.
I will try to isolate these two things, and see if one or both were needed - as I'd rather not be doing much underclocking given other uses of the computer.
It appears to be related to needing to underclock RAM. Removed the underclocking of the GPU but left the underclocking of RAM in place and I haven't crashed yet.
