I'd definitely try a GM because they might be able to help you faster than a bug reporting getting a bug fixed (you'd have to wait till next patch, which they may or may not be able to solve it at that one). Also GM might be able to tell if something else is off / reason for it not working- not sure how powerful their tools are but seems like worth the time invested in case it works.
i can think of 2 things that might be your problem.
1.u left the dungeon too early,try staying after its over and check if there is something u need to pick up there.
2.u need to talk to kurenai after u finished with the dungeon,she is right near the entrence.
Do you leave through the portal? Or through the leave duty finder?
Sometimes there's a cutscene after the portal that is used to clear the quest status.
