Where's the Bard?

I think I need to setup up macros about when I'm about to use the TP song (so mages don't run close and lose their MP song).

As a new player who's first job is 50 bard as of a few days ago: May I ask what I could look into for boosting that particular aspect? I'm still trying to figure the way stats work since I'm a transplant from 11. Any information would be appreciated.
