If it means the EXP reward is removed, nah. I enjoy having a lazy roulette that rewards me like 75% of a level for 45 minutes, assuming I get the right one.

I did a MS Roulette earlier and someone said "They should add a system where the players vote to skip a cutscene. Like, if all 8 players vote to skip the scene, it gets skipped."

At first I hated it when they required us to go through the cutscenes. But now, it’s one of my favorite. It’s the only time I can be lazy, put my window at half screen, watch Mr. Happy vids, tear up the bad guys when fights are required, and get a ton of exp. Keep it the way it is :)
