The bolded part is what I couldn't remember. That's faster than what I originally used, so Oath generation on spells might need to be adjusted a bit. Could just put it all on Confiteor, as that's a "once per minute" ability regardless. Also, means that Clemency uses wouldn't necessarily prevent Oath generation (which can happen if Holy Spirit is the gerenator).

My experience so far running both WAR and PLD in 8-person content is that their 25-second mitigation cooldowns feel similar. Oath gauge seems to generate at a similar rate to the 25-seconds of Raw Intuition. Basically, I'm rarely at a loss for a personal cooldown on either job. Seems to be working as intended from my perspective.

All tanks should generate gauge when taking damage.

Noooo! We don't need any mechanics that benefit the MT and not the OT! :)

All I'll say is the Oath gauge definitely needs some interaction (otherwise it may as well be a charged cooldown), and Holy Spirit / Holy Circle / Confiteor would be a good way to do it... I'll leave the math to SE.
