Does a MUST DO quest checklist exist?

Is there a tribe for 60-70 craft like moogle for 50-60?

Yes. Without spoilers, I know half the unlocks start in Namai. The other half I think start in Yanxia, but I can't recall for sure.

MSQ = Main Scenario Quest. The main story of the game, indicated with the "fireball" quest icons.

there are some things like hunts, and squadrons which won't unlock until you get your grand company rank up.

What I did on returning to this game during late Heavensward was hit up the consolegameswiki ffxiv website for it’s list of dungeons, raids, and trials and work backwards to do all the unlocks for them. Those list are missing map dungeons and dungeons from things like Manderville. But it gets most things unlocked.

^This. Specifically, this is the page for ARR content (the same page also has links for the relevant Heavensward, Stormblood and Shadowbringers content pages too.).

It should be pointed out though that a lot of that is purely optional though (like Savage raids).

But r savage raids people still do at 80? And why?

Story-wise, I'd say Crystal Tower raid and Coil of Bahamut are important. Coil introduces you to a character you meet again later on in the MSQ, giving you a history with them that actually changes dialogue. The only other dialogue changing questline besides those seems to be being a DRG(or at least having leveled a DRG to 50?) as/before you do Heavensward.
