Should Shoulder Tackle's no enmity stun effect be changed?

I get the impression Shoulder Tackle and FoW movement speed exist to quickly close the gap between us and a fight. Have you ever done moogle fight as PGL? Very embarrassing to chase mobs you can never reach until they say it's okay.

This is what I believe. We have a really nice Stun in the form of Pounce as it is, and having even more stun isn't really beneficial with repeated Stuns getting reduced effectiveness till the stat effect timer is up. You can Pounce several times while waiting for Shoulder Tackle's recast, anyway.
