DPS Check in the 80er MSQ Dungeon Trust

Yeah, I went in as a WAR because at that point, tank queues were atrocious. So I was like "WHY NOT", better spend more time actually running the dungeon than waiting on queue. We beat the final boss no problem. No Rokan gear, a mix up of leveling gear from previous dungeons. I cleared it without issues.

I'm honestly not sure. The final boss of Amaurot seems to have something close to be an enrage timer, as it approaches the southern edge of the arena. I have never reached the point, neither with trusts or actual people, where it jumps on the last bit of it? if that ever happens at all or just stays there?

Therion doesn't really have an enrage timer per se, but you can fail the fight when there's no more room for his jump move. Even when you're at the last portion of the bridge/platform it takes a while for that to happen.

Personally ( I dont know about the OP), I cleared the last boss of Amaurot smoothly. The one that gave me a rough time was the second one, if I am not mistaken. And yeah, it would wipe us if we didnt kill it fast enough, which I has trouble doing. I can think of several factors for that in my case; trusts DPS is just one of them, but I am sure it's not the only one (I repeat, in MY case).

No offense, but I also used trusts for my first runs on those dungeons, and was also playing as a dancer. On that last fight, I did end up dying once, but this is only because I fell off. :P The next time was fine.

Simply blaming the trust DPS isn't the way to go. If you couldn't clear the dungeon as is, it's time to practice more. They've designed those fights that even players entering as healers can clear it with trusts - and their DPS is even less than a DNC.

To my surprise, I actually did manage to beat it all in one shot without dying as a Machinist going in blind. Although on the last one I was at the very edge when I killed it. I had my gear from Gerolt’s doppelgänger and random jewelry from upgraded level 70 tombstone and the few dungeon drops I got along the way. I had used Thancred, Urianger & Y’shtola as my crew.

Since I went in blind in all of the dungeons, all I did was follow Urianger and see where he moved to since they know where the attacks are coming from next, all the while I continue to shoot at the bosses. From this, I figured out the boss patterns without looking for guides to spoiler the fights. Fun times!

I've cleared it with 3 account with healers and I've done nothing but trust dungeons for msq. I've found them to be fine. I will die sometimes if I get careless but trusts have been a lot of fun for me with instant queues and sure loot.

Dancer has decent single target dps and really good burst. Dancer can burst really hard with technical, standard step, 3 fans stored and saber dance

I did fine too. Maybe you had the worst luck ever with dnc procs. But using standar and technical on cool down and he was pretty easy.

Not a single issue.

First time with trust
Second time with random people

The fight can be a bit struggling if you don't have Y'shtola with you if you run with Trust.

Y'shtola is basically a must for me because she is the highest DPS of the 3 DPS Trust companions due to how she will nuke single targets with her 3 flare spam. She does it quite often as well which helps a lot even in trash mob encounters.
